About the clinic

A new clinic for Guelph's west side.

West Guelph Medical Clinic opened at 1005 Paisley Road as part of the East Guelph Family Health Group, bringing the same standard of care to the other side of the city.

What we are

Accessible, compassionate, comprehensive.

West Guelph Medical Clinic delivers primary care to the Guelph community: family medicine, walk-in care, mental health support and cardiology in partnership with LifeHeart, for children, adults, seniors and all genders.

As a member of the East Guelph Family Health Group we share standards, systems and specialists with East Guelph Medical Clinic, so a referral between the two does not mean starting your history over.

Where we are

Unit 11, West Hill Shopping Centre, on Paisley Road. Free parking directly outside the door, and roughly ten minutes from Cambridge along Highway 24, which puts us within reach of a lot of people who have been driving much further for a family doctor.

What makes this clinic different

• /Interpretation in more than fifty languages, free to the patient

The group

East Guelph Family Health Group.

Dr Muadh Tajudeen, MD, CCFP, MRCGPFounder and principal family physician

The group was founded by Dr Muadh Tajudeen, principal family physician at East Guelph Medical Clinic and Assistant Clinical Professor, Adjunct, in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University, where he supervises medical students and residents in community based practice.

That academic link is part of why the group keeps adding services most family practices refer out: infusion therapy, cardiology, travel medicine, footcare and medical aesthetics at the East Guelph site, and cardiology here.
