Our doctors

Two family physicians, both taking new patients.

Both hold Canadian and United Kingdom family medicine certification, and both are building long term practices here rather than passing through.

Family Physician

Dr Michael Njuma

Family medicine, all ages

Dr Njuma practises family medicine across all ages at West Guelph Medical Clinic, from newborn checks through to the management of long term conditions in older patients.

His practice is built on continuity: seeing the same patients over years, holding the whole picture of their health in one record, and coordinating the specialist care that this clinic runs on site rather than sending people elsewhere to start again.

Practice and focus

  • Family medicine across every age group, from newborn checks to older patients
  • Management of long term conditions including diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Continuity of care as the organising principle: one physician, one record, over years
  • Coordinates the cardiology and mental health services this clinic runs on site
  • Accepting new patients at 1005 Paisley Road
